Returns / Warranty
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returned items except in cases where the item is D.O.A (dead on arrival). If you have received an item and it does not function correctly, please contact us within 1 days of receiving them and we will try to resolve your issue remotely. If that doesn't work, you may send them back to us for either a full refund or an exchange.
If we are unable to resolve the issue with your item, they may be sent back to us for a full refund within 5 days of their delivery. The customer pays the return shipping. Please note that our return / refund policy does not apply to issues of cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic.
